By creating a KeepStock account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

KeepStock provides inventory management software for businesses of all sizes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Your data

You own your data. By using KeepStock, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are shown in USD and billed in your local currency at checkout. Refunds are available within 14 days of payment.

6. Limitation of liability

KeepStock is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
