When you create a KeepStock account, we collect your name, email address, and business information you add to the app (products, stock levels, orders, suppliers). We also collect basic usage data to improve the product.
2. How we use your data
We use your data solely to provide and improve the KeepStock service. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may use anonymised, aggregated data for product analytics.
3. Data storage & security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices and row-level security to ensure only you can access your data.
4. Third-party integrations
If you connect Shopify or WooCommerce, we receive order and inventory data from those platforms. We only use that data to sync your stock levels within KeepStock.
5. Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account, or correct any information at any time by contacting us at our contact page.
